It's how my energy works. If I'm tuned into my rapid sacral response (it manifests differently for any sacral beings - it's often an outer yes or no via an abstract sound) I'll know what I have energy for and what lights me up. I had energy to drive some distance to get some food I enjoy, my sacral set me up for a positive unexpected adventure though. sometimes what your sacral says yes to doesn't match with what you think you're going for. I guess that's also my innocence motivation talking - which is that being open to flow spirit.
